Today and tomorrow, the Barilla Center for Food and Nutrition is holding their International Forum on Food and Nutrition, an event that according to their website “proposes to promote debate on global topics linked to food, encourage awareness and generate sound proposals for the future of our planet.” Today is dedicated to showcasing youth projects on food and sustainability, whereas tomorrow is all about holding a debate “on the main food-related topics that have characterized 2013 and on the challenges that involve the agrifood system presenting interesting roundtables with the world’s leading experts.” Don’t you wish you could be in Milan right now to take part?
Well, turns out you can! (Sort of.) The Center is providing a live stream of the entire conference proceedings, which means you can tune in and out at your leisure to follow the discussion that interests you most!
For example, if you don’t have time to watch the entire day, at 5pm today (CET) there will be a summary of the day’s proposals by youth participants on “Food and Sustainability: how to reduce our environmental impact, guaranteeing health and access to food for all.”
