Hi from Budapest! I am here in summer school and have only sporadic internet access, but didn’t want to leave you without any news of what is going on in the food policy and food tech world – guess what? The taste-testing of the first in-vitro burger finally took place in London! The verdict?
“The bite feels like a conventional hamburger, but the meat tastes like an animal-protein cake.”
